About this Speakers Bureau
This Black Speakers bureau is developed for the purpose of assisting people with getting the maximum benefit out of life. Each speaker is carefully selected for the powerful life-transforming message that they can bring to people. Their messages are delivered within a manner that is consistent with the voice of African people in America, the Carribean, and the Continent of Africa. It is the Black voice that is aware of the Black experience, giving agency to the Black people to liberate themselves from the various chains that binds them. These chains could be Spiritual, Mental, Psychological, Economical, or otherwise. The effects of such bondage could be lack of spiritual growth, feelings of powerlessness, mate selection blues, couples/marital relationship challenges, financial troubles… We speak to the spirit of the people so that one can be transformed to rise above their given situation.
Is this bureau just for Black People?
Whereas the messages are delivered in a manner that has the Black experience in mind, we contend that this voice has a message for the world. For example we believe that the Black voice can speak to those individuals who feel like doing what those students did at the Columbine High School in Colorado date. The students stated that they felt ridiculed and alienated in the school. The experiences that Blacks have gone through as a result of enslavement, oppression and disenfranchisement has provided us with a message for the world, for we have yet to witness Blacks committing mass murder of Whites as a results of years of being ridiculed and alienated. WE HAVE A UNVERSAL MESSAGE FOR THE WORLD.
Why a Black Speakers Bureau?
It is because of the message that we have to share with the world that we have formed this Black Speakers Bureau. Whereas we are aware that all Black people are not the same, we are also aware that we have had similar experiences throughout the world. Our bureau members speak to and through those experiences. We know that Blacks generally have a distinct voice and way of being in the world. We speak in that distinct voice that could be easily understood and most beneficial. We do not believe that any way of communicating is superior to another, however we know that different people have different ways of communicating and that these ways of communicating speak to the Spirit. We deliver a message to the people in a manner that is plain, practical and powerful.
About the Speakers of the Bureau
Our motto at RAM Enterprises, LLC is “Only Empowered People Can Empower People”. This select group of speakers will provide you with empowered speakers who will empower you in every sect of your physical, mental, spiritual, educational, professional, and financial lives. Our speakers will transform, inspire and invoke audiences to “Level Next”. Level Next (or the next level) represents that which lies deeply within the individual listener’s essence and memory. We contend that “Level Next” is Greatness Beyond Impossibilities. RAM believes that our existence on earth as Blacks specifically and all people generally is an example of “Greatness Beyond Impossibilities. Our speakers have lived through seeming impossibilities and the Nommo (the power of the spoken word) empower audiences to address the possibilities of “Level Next”. The audience will be moved to “Just Do the Divine Thing” which is to manifest their greatness.

Being a part of this Speaker’s Bureau places you on a team of distinct people who are delivering a message of empowerment that is motivating and inspiring. As a member you will:
- Join a network of National Speakers
- Have increased visibility within National and International Arenas
- Have access to monthly teleconferencing sessions with other members
- Deliver regular teleconference classes
- Be able to contribute to and receive a regular e-magazine
- Have a web page and an email address
- Have assistance with the development of promotional materials (e.g. Promotional kits, CDs/DVDs, Business flyers)
