Our Approach
In our efforts to deliver culturally competent information we provide the following:
- Meet with organizations/agencies to establish their specific need(s) and desired
outcome(s) for training during a needs assessment.
- Design, plan, organize and prepare assessment tools and session modules.
- Prepare a customized training program overview and workbook materials.
- Develop a Marketing Circular.
- Develop a “pre-workshop training” questionnaire.
- Design and facilitate the workshop training sessions.
- Analyze the assessment information.
