Enterprises, LLC is co-owned by Deleso Alford Washington, Esq., an attorney focusing on gender and law issues/employment discrimination and a former human resource manager and Kevin Washington, Ph.D., a counseling psychologist specializing in marriage and family, couples, multicultural/diversity training, Afrikan Centered Psychology, and Afrikan American Men’s issues. We contend that all people come into being for a profound purpose. As people matriculate throughout their lives many aspects of their divine purpose for being on earth is lost. Facets of their purpose becomes evident in some of their daily behaviors however full contact with this purpose is often difficult to attain due to living and having to meet various life challenges. R.A.M. Enterprises is committed to assisting people with tapping into their innate capacity to live life with purpose and power through delivering culturally competent motivational and consulting services. We seek to integrate every aspect of the person in a holistic manner so that one may manifest full power. RAM seeks to assist individuals with enhancing their personal lives, in business with increasing work productivity as well as addressing legal issues, couples with enhancing intimacy with their relationships, families with improving communication and establishing family mission statements, educational settings with administration and student related issues around improving working relationships and academic performance respectively.
